Deposits: Deposits are non-refundable. The payment of the deposit is deducted from the balance of the tuition. The remaining balance is is due 7 days prior to the class dates.
The deposit must be paid to reserve your class date(s). Deposit and balance of tuition must be paid prior to the class, unless other arrangements have been made with the instructor. Call us at 678-820-9621 if payment arrangements or installments are needed.
Balances: Balances are non-refundable once paid. The balance of your training tuition must be paid 7 days prior to the class date. There are no refunds. Classes can be rescheduled up to 14 days prior to the class, without losing opportunity to participate in training. After 14 days, it is at the discretion of the academy regarding rebooking the class. When the class has been paid in full and the class was reserved for the student and the student does not show up or arrive within one hour of the selected class, the student will not be allowed to reschedule the class and/or receive any refunds. Therefore, the student has forfeited tuition and all relative costs. Communication is key. All students should communicate with the instructor quickly if a request to reschedule the class is needed. However, if the student does not show for the scheduled class and has not communicated to instructor, he/she may not reschedule the selected class and will not receive refund.
Refunds: Deposits and/or Training tuition is non-refundable. This is an investment in your career. In most cases, if there is an emergency or sudden change in schedule, the student can contact the Academy at 678-820-9621 to reschedule the training within 14 days of the scheduled class. If outside of this 14 day window, it is at the instructor's discretion to reschedule. If the student does not show up on the reserved class date, and does not communicate, the student can not reschedule.
Students should consider that once payments are made, our Academy has made adequate preparation for your class day. Training materials, practice aids, supplies and equipment have been prepared for you. A licensed, professional instructor has been reserved for the student's training day of learning. The instructor will facilitate training and assist student in building skill set and best practices. This is truly an investment that will have foreseeable returns in business, with practice and commitment.
